Q: How come it does not flash when I am taking pictures at night or dark room?

A: Activate 'UxoolFlash' App on your iPhone. Switch on Flash Device to either 'H' or 'L' position.

A: Make sure black strip on iPhone screen is aligned with Flash Device sensor.

A: Fully charged Flash Device on your PC/Labtop. When Flash Device is running low on battery, it will not flash properly.

A: Increase the brightness of your iPhone to at least 50%. If iPhone screen brightness is too dim, Flash Device will not function properly. Follow this step to increase your iPhone screen brightness:
Settings - Brightness - Drag button to your right



Q: How come it does not flash when I am taking pictures in broad daylight?

A: In the bright environment, UXOOL Flash will detect and simply shut down the 'LOW' & 'HIGH' flash feature. You could still switch to 'C' or 'CONTINUOUS' mode and have the camera light remain on as long as needed.



Q: Why does it flash when I am running other App on my iPhone?

A: UXOOL Flash is designed to read signal from iPhone screen and trigger the flash. If you are running App other then UXOOL Flash, simply switch the Flash Device to 'O' or 'OFF' position.



Q: How come there is a black strip on my iPhone screen when I run UXOOL Flash App?

A: It is designed to send flash signals to UXOOL Flash sensor located on the Clip. This black strip must align with the sensor in order for UXOOL Flash to be functional.
